Let’s talk marshmallows.
Sure, they’re fluffy and nostalgic… but the ones on store shelves? Yikes. They’re usually made with high fructose corn syrup, synthetic flavors, artificial dyes, and even preservatives linked to inflammation and gut damage. Not exactly the kind of thing we want to hand to our kids—or our own bodies, for that matter.
But don’t worry—I’m not here to crush your s’mores dreams. I’m here to help you upgrade them.
These homemade marshmallows are not only free from refined sugar, artificial flavors, and toxic junk… they’re actually good for your gut! The secret? A high-quality grass-fed bovine gelatin that supports your digestive health, joints, skin, and more.

☁️ Homemade Marshmallows Recipe
These taste just like the real thing—but they’re actually nourishing. Win-win!
What You’ll Need:
-
🐂 3 tbsp grass-fed bovine gelatin
-
🍁 1 cup organic maple syrup (or raw honey for a more medicinal version)
-
🧂 1/4 tsp sea salt
-
💧 1 cup filtered water
Step-by-Step Instructions:
✨ Step 1:
In a mixing bowl, combine gelatin with 1/2 cup of filtered water. Let it sit and “bloom” while you move on to step 2.
✨ Step 2:
In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together 1 cup maple syrup, 1/4 tsp salt, and the remaining 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil and let it cook for 7–8 minutes, keeping the temp below 240°F.
✨ Step 3:
Carefully pour the hot syrup into the gelatin mixture, then use a stand or hand mixer to whip on high speed for 8–10 minutes, or until it turns thick, fluffy, and glossy—like marshmallow fluff!
✨ Step 4:
Pour into a parchment-lined pan and place in the fridge for 1–2 hours to set. Once firm, cut into bite-sized squares and enjoy!
