Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie
- Choose one of the following for the liquid base:
- 2 cups raw kefir or raw dairy, approximate
- 3/4 can organic coconut milk, no additives
- 2 cups plain organic fermented kefir, unsweetened, approximate
- ½ cup blueberries, approximate (frozen works great as well)
- ½ cup frozen or fresh peaches
- 1 avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup almond butter or sunflower seed butter
- 1 spoonful of coconut butter
- 2 TBL cacao powder
- 1 TBL matcha powder
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until pureed.
- Serve chilled.
