On November 1st…and much to my family’s dismay…I wake everyone up by singing Christmas carols.
My husband is actually a firm believer in not acknowledging Christmas until after we celebrate Thanksgiving. I, on the other hand, think Jesus deserves two months of celebration.
So, we meet in the middle!
I can diffuse Holiday Joy and Holiday Peace Essential Oils and play Christmas music, but I’m not allowed to decorate or get a tree until after Thanksgiving.
What about you…are you team Josh or team Season?
This year I feel so convicted to patronize small businesses because they’ve been so greatly affected by the pandemic in the last two years. More recently, we’re seeing corporations taking political stands and minimizing freedoms for employees while capitalizing on market share. I don’t know about you, but I believe now more than ever we need to put our money where our mouth is.
As a small business owner, myself, I also know the goosebumps I get every time someone trusts me enough to make a purchase from me…and I would love to “pay it forward” this holiday season.
Therefore, I’ve put together a gift guide with some of my favorite recommendations from small businesses.
The items listed on this guide are actual gifts I’m buying for my family and friends…um, hello mom, sis, and friends! So, this truly is my Holiday Gift Guide.

Happy Holidays! XO
