In today’s episode, I discuss 15 specific nutrients that will help to protect you from developing cancer or protect your healthy cells if you’re currently fighting cancer. I know I’ve discussed in previous episodes foods that you should and shouldn’t eat, but today is different because we’re going to break it down a bit more by focusing on the specific nutrients.

I even briefly discuss the vegan and vegetarian diets and the importance of cholesterol.
