Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, pumpkin, ghee, and vanilla together.
  2. Add baking soda and spices to wet ingredients.
  3. Melt coconut oil over skillet and add 1⁄4 cup of batter.
  4. Once a few bubbles appear flip the pancakes once to finish cooking.
  5. Serve with ghee.
