With over two decades of experience and education in the Holistic and Clinical Nutrition field, Jen has a wealth of knowledge and her passion for the subject is contagious. Jen received her undergraduate degree in Food Science, Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Colorado State University. She holds a master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition, is a certified Nutrition Genome Practitioner, and has her 250-Hour Oncology Nutrition Consulting Certification – the program developed by Jess Higgins Kelley and other experts in the field of Oncology Nutrition.
Most recently she has completed her Reiki III year long training and the Terrain Advocate Program (TAP) where she now acts as a mentor to current students going through the training. Her knowledge of metabolic nutrition is unsurpassed in the field, as she is also a certified Metabolic Balance® coach, which is a sophisticated nutrition system based on client’s blood values and unique health profile founded by Dr. Wolf Funfack and originated in 2001 in Munich, Germany.

Jen grew up in the Midwest and found a love for the mountains of Colorado in her early twenties where she has made home. Jen is an avid mountain biker, trail runner, skier and mom. Family, friends and time spent adventuring outdoors is what brings her joy along with bonding with her clients, studying about health and spirituality and experimenting in the kitchen.
